What Our Founders Have To Say

About The Program

As the world’s leading alternative protein investor, Big Idea Ventures accelerator, network, and hands-on approach were instrumental to our growth as a startup and the development of our Cultured Caviar product.

Minami Ogawa

Co-Founder, Optimized Foods

Big Idea Ventures was the first large venture fund to invest in Meat. The End, a move which was later followed by additional investment funds globally.

From the day of the first investment, up until today, the entire BIV team has always been incredibly professional and committed to the company’s success, always available to assist in each and every question and request – in all fields of the company’s operations. Throughout the shared journey, they have always provided the feeling of having a dedicated, trustworthy partner.

Andrew, BIV’s founder and managing partner fully understands the entrepreneurial spirit, always cutting the right  balance between pushing, encouraging, sending funds and making the right connections when necessary, and I can uncompromisingly say that he has been the perfect partner.

Dr Yishai Mishor

Founder & CEO, Meat.The End

We found the program at Big Idea Ventures to be an exceptional program for people who want to disrupt the alternative food industry – and are happy to say that in our experience with BIV, the founders always come first! We tell every start-up founder in our network with the next big idea to apply for their accelerator. The BIV team of partners and directors go above and beyond to unlock a founder’s potential. They work closely with founders to turn dreams into reality.
