Fergus Balfour

Fergus Balfour was the CEO of Classic Fine Foods, the fine foods distribution business operating across Asia, ME and Europe. Prior to this, Fergus had a distinguished international 36-year career at Unilever undertaking a range of senior general management, marketing and senior HR roles, and holding P&Ls of up to $1.5bn.

Dominique Kull

Dominique Kull is the Co-Founder and CEO of SGProtein, Singapore’s first large-scale contract manufacturer and white label supplier for plant-based meat analogues. His passion for food innovation and scaling of new processes led him to move into the new venture SGProtein where he helps companies to bring their products to the mass market. Previously, under his leadership, the first pilot centre for plant-based food in Asia was set up. The Protein Innovation Center is a co-investment between two Swiss companies, Bühler and Givaudan, who are leading in their fields.

Fu Zhikang

Zhikang leads the IP Strategy Solutions unit at IPOS International and is recognised as one of the world’s leading IP Strategists by IAM Strategy 300. He has over a decade of experience in the innovation and intellectual property ecosystem, having advised businesses and public agencies across diverse industries at various stages of innovation on holistic IP management for optimal commercialisation outcomes.
