Andy is the founder of Theory, a consulting firm that advises startups on brand positioning, consumer research, and go to market strategies. He's also an active advisor at startup accelerators in New York, and an adjunct at NYU where he teaches digital marketing and strategy.

Prior to founding Theory, he worked in strategy and research with consumer brands (Ben & Jerry's, Listerine, Visa, and Subway to name a few), and helped MetLife and Budweiser organize their global integrated marketing practices. He also worked in-house at Citibank to develop marketing strategies and conduct consumer research.
