Catherine covers alternative proteins, food waste, CBD and other topics for the food tech publication The Spoon, where she writes a weekly alt-protein newsletter called Future Food. She also organizes the global food innovation event series SKS. Catherine has a Masters in Food Anthropology from the University of London, SOAS where she wrote her dissertation on public perceptions of cell-based meat.
