Chris Gorges is the founder and CEO of Thompson & Prince. Chris is an entrepreneur and experienced business and branding strategist, focusing on brand, digital, and growth strategy across a wide range of clientele, ranging from bootstrapped pre-revenue startups to Fortune 500 companies and US government agencies.
Before founding Thompson & Prince, he was a Managing Director at Infinia Group, where he led Infinia Ventures (dba Rocketure 2015 – 2017), a brand strategy and design practice dedicated to serving the NYC startup ecosystem. Chris has also spent time at top-tier creative agencies including Havas Worldwide, Droga5, and CHI&Partners, as well as management consultancies Booz Allen Hamilton and IBM Global Business Services.
Chris is active in the New York City startup and agency ecosystem, serving as a mentor and advisor for a number of organizations, including Galvanize, WeWork Labs, XRC Labs, RetailXelerator, VentureOut, and Quake Capital. He holds an MBA from the full-time program at the NYU Stern School of Business and an undergraduate business degree from UNC-Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
