Previously worked at the World Bank and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. Degrees from Copenhagen Business School, Stockholm University (Faculty of Law) and Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service.

Helped develop the Foundation's new food/ag strategy. Interact with startups and researchers doing innovative food/ag stuff. Share insights with team. Attend key global food/ag events and make sure we have all the necessary relationships.

Skills
Focus areas: Sustainable protein (e.g. plant-based / cell-based meat, dairy, and egg). Innovative animal feed. Consumer behavior / shifting diets. Can be helpful making meaningful introductions in these areas. Also knows some of the key donors/foundations interested in these spaces.
