A classically trained chef with an M.A. in Food Systems from New York University, Jaimi has over a decade of experience throughout all sectors of the food and beverage industry. She has served in both marketing and culinary innovation functions for Chipotle Mexican Grill, and currently leads innovation and category growth for Panera Bread. Though her specialty is food service at scale, she is passionate about systematizing and building brands from the ground up.
