Our Bakon has earned rave reviews from customers all over the country, and we’re expanding aggressively to help us meet meet strong and fast-growing demand for more. We’re continually hiring new Production Associates to make Bakon™ at our facility in SE Portland.
Base pay starts at over $23/hr, with a well defined promotion path, excellent benefits, and stock options in a company growing at breakneck speed with global ambitions. Both part-time and full-time roles are available.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside other Production Associates in producing Bakon™
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly production targets while maintaining sanitation and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with management regarding all operations of the production facility
- Continually seek to improve existing processes
Requirements
- Proven work experience in high-volume food production environment
- Deep familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations (ServSafe or similar certification preferred)
- Maturity – solid interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50 pounds safely
- Full COVID-19 vaccination status
