LAURA KATZ

Bio

I am a Food Scientist by training. I am an adjunct professor of Food Science at NYU. I also am the founder of Helaina, a food biotech company making better breast milk alternatives. I work with early stage startups on optimizing product formulation, shelf life, regulatory compliance, and formula commercialization. I currently sit on the board of a few companies to help with these hurdles and look forward to supporting the BIV community.
