Nick Kenner is the CEO and founder of Just Salad- a New York City based, fast casual restaurant brand. Just Salad provides quality healthy food, in a fast and approachable way. The brand offers the largest restaurant reusable bowl program in the world, a rotating cast of local, in-season ingredients, with a line up of quality proteins including grassfed free-range beef, antibiotic-free chicken, sustainable seafood, and organic tofu.
Nick conceptualized Just Salad to fill a much-needed niche in the urban culinary scene. Since opening their first location in 2006, Nick has grown the brand to over 40 locations worldwide, remaining dedicated to his core principles, and staying ahead of the industry’s ever-changing landscape. Under this leadership, Just Salad established an international presence with Dubai, and continues to thrive in New York City, Chicago, Florida, North Carolina, and Philadelphia.
Nick was recognized for his entrepreneurial accomplishments by Inc.’s 30 Under 30 list in 2007. He graduated from Colgate University with a degree in Political Science.
