After 23 years working for Fortune 500 companies including PepsiCo, Sysco and Kerry Ingredients, Stephanie spent three year on her parents' organic farm building what would become elohi Strategic Advisors, a national commercialization agency that specializes in foodservice, specialty coffee and industrial sales, marketing and product strategy and execution. She has spent the last fives years pioneering emerging food and beverage products into the foodservice space including 18 months as the Head of Sales for Impossible Foods and now focuses on helping other plant-based and plant-forward brands launch successfully and profitably while doing good for the planet.

Stephanie has her BS in Business Administration with Special Attainments in Commerce from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia and graduated With Honors from DePaul's Graduate School of Business with a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing. She lives in Half Moon Bay, CA with her husband, two dogs and four cats.
