Eligibility
- Open to startups with innovative solutions in the pet food space.
Changes and Modifications
- Big Idea Ventures reserves the right to modify the program’s content, schedule, and selection criteria at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
- Participants must be willing to collaborate openly and share IP to some extent for the program’s collaborative development aspects.
Travel and Accommodation
- The program covers air travel costs and accommodation expenses for 3 nights for one representative from each selected startup. Any additional expenses linked to the trip (meals, outings, etc.) will be the responsibility of the participants.
Non-Disclosure Agreement
- Participants may be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement to protect proprietary information.
Program Participation
- Selected startups are expected to actively participate in all program activities, including workshops, meetings, and the presentation event.
Compliance
- Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the program.
Confidentiality
- All information provided by applicants will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of program selection and participation.
Data Protection
- Big Idea Ventures will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
Liability
- Big Idea Ventures is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Big Idea Ventures is registered.
