Grounded Foods creates plant-based cheese alternatives and does so without using any nuts, soy or undesirable additives—which makes its products not just dairy-free but also allergy-friendly. While the brand’s Marinated Hemp Seed Feta boasts a hemp seed base, the Camembert-Style Cheese and the semi-firm Gruyere-Style Cheese are both made with cauliflower.

According to Grounded Foods, “We make plant-based cheeses that look, taste and feel so much like the real thing, that most people can’t tell the difference. We use manufacturing byproducts to create an environmentally resilient alternative to dairy.”

Soon, the company’s plant-based cheese alternatives will be introduced to a handful of high-end restaurants in New York City.
